In this case, after Peter Oilers termination, a fear and a doubt have arose in the minds of the Winn-Dixies employees concerning their job security and time to come they thought that what had happen with Oiler can also happen to any other employee of the organization. This activity of the organization also raised many questions regarding its trust-worthiness among the employees. It may create tension between the organization and the employees, creating hurdles in the way of the organization to achieve its predetermined missions and objectives. Employees may also stop focusing much on the quality of their performance, which may ruin the overall image of the organization. Even if new ideas are generated among the employees, they may deny communicating them to the management, as they are afraid to lose their job. Furthermore, peopl e are likely to resist the enlistment of any other entity in their personal life without liability.
